Refunds & Returns Policy
❌ Order cancellation
All orders – official (marked as original/official) and fan-made can be cancelled within 6h of purchase. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 6 hours. Once your order has entered the packaging and shipping process, it can no longer be canceled.
Please be sure about your purchase – each transaction requires a fee which is not returned to us, hence if you would like to cancel your order, you will receive a refund that is smaller amount than the original.
DISPUTES, ISSUES, RETURNS

If you believe that the goods are either incorrect or faulty you have 14 days to contact us and inform us so that we may rectify the situation, either by offering an exchange or a refund.
Please be advised that we will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control. Any event outside our control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
If your provided address is incorrect and the delivery fails due to that, you can request a re-shipment, provided that the package has reached our warehouse. The re-shipment cost is 12USD. If the package has not arrived in our warehouse and it has gone missing due to an incorrect address provided on the customer’s end, the customer is not eligible for a refund.
If your purchase has not arrived within 70 days and the delay is not related to Event Outside Our Control, we will issue a full refund. Please kindly contact us prior support@kpopmansion.com.
We cover all taxes and shipping costs, therefore the return costs are covered by the customer. If you have any concerns about your order, please kindly contact us and we will find a solution.
