The plushies are adorable and cute but the delivery was so slow. I understand that things can happen but since they were meant to be a gift, it was frustrating. Firstly, the package got lost so I had to wait for it longer. The customer service was really helpful and did an amazing job, tho. Their service is next level!! But it ruined my friend's bday gift so I had to buy a new one instead here in the US. Im sorry for a bad review. I will definitely buy more things from you guys in the future but I also got my lesson - always buy presents ahead or dont buy them online from a different continent.
