We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in the US, Korea and China by ePacket or EMS and in USA by USPS.


We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you. There is currently no delivery to: Belarus, Ukraine (due to safety reasons), Ecuador, Bangladesh


The tracking information is sent usually within 2-5 business days to your email (items that are made on order, for example sneakers, will receive the tracking code within 7 business days). If you have not received the tracking info, please kindly check your spam/junk folder as well. For any questions, please contact us and we will gladly help you with your package.

For all orders sent on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) service, there will be no additional fees to pay when your order arrives at the destination. This includes all EU countries plus Switzerland and Norway.

We cover all taxes and shipping costs, therefore the return costs are covered by the customer. Currently, we do not accept returns since we are required to pay a tax in order to receive an item. Due to the pandemic and the war in Ukraine, the return fees have increased, therefore we had to cancel the returns. If you have any concerns about your order, please kindly contact us and we will find a solution.


You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. Sometimes, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages.
